We are looking to add staff to strengthen our organizational structure. Specific job content The scope of work will be determined based on your previous experience. Contract law (drafting/reviewing various domestic contracts) Legal consultation (researching domestic legal systems) Institutional law (responding to board meetings and general shareholders' meetings) Support for launching new businesses/new services Establishing/operating corporate governance/internal control/risk management systems Drafting/reviewing internal regulations Compliance education for employees Responding to government agencies (various notifications, etc.) Responding to lawsuits, complaints, administrative investigations, etc. Responding to external law firms What it's like after joining the company For the first week after joining the company, you will participate in company-wide onboarding training. After that, you will receive work guidance based on OJT while catching up on your work. We also have content to help you catch up on our services.
