Job Description |
• In charge of the full cycle of E-commerce business management, including but not limited to 1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales 2. Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities. 3. Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal placement, visibility, and performance of our products 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads 5. Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service 6. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. |

Job Requirements |
If you are… • 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets • A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field • A native Japanese speaker with business-level proficiency in English • Experienced in managing e-commerce platforms such as Rakuten, Amazon, ZOZO etc • A background in startup business would be advantageous. • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyse e-commerce performance metrics • Excellent analytical skills in analysing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth |
