As a member of the Sustainability Management Promotion Office, you will be responsible for all planning and execution work related to our sustainability management. We are currently looking for someone to work in our Sustainability Management Promotion Office, who will be responsible for promoting, disclosing and promoting sustainability management, and responding to external evaluations regarding ESG. This is an organization established in May 2023, and you will be able to utilize your experience and ideas in planning and executing sustainability-related projects and designing organizations and systems together with other members. [About the Sustainability Management Promotion Office] The Sustainability Management Promotion Office was established in May 2023 as a department responsible for identifying materiality that leads to the improvement of medium- to long-term corporate value, formulating policies and strategies, and disclosing information. Our purpose is to "design a new context for a sustainable society and implement it in society with technology," and in March 2024, since our purpose is the same as the direction of sustainability management, we also set it as our "sustainability policy." Job details In this job posting, you will be responsible for the promotion and penetration of our group's sustainability management, information disclosure, and dealing with external evaluation agencies regarding ESG in the Sustainability Management Promotion Office. Since this department was just established in May last year, most of the work is non-routine and most of the work is "0⇒1" work, where you will be taking on new challenges. In addition, you will often have direct contact with management, business divisions, and administrative departments, making this a very rewarding job. Job details [You will be assigned to the Sustainability Management Promotion Office and will be involved in promoting, disclosing, and promoting sustainability management, and responding to external ESG evaluation agencies, etc.] You will be involved in integrating management through setting KPIs for the materiality identified at the end of last fiscal year, creating the first integrated report, responding to external ESG evaluation agencies (CDP, S&P CSA, etc.), taking measures to promote sustainability management within the company, and other measures such as responding to GHG emissions and human rights. [Specific duties] ・Setting KPIs for materiality: Collecting and analyzing cases from other companies, creating KPI proposals for each materiality, interviewing departments on KPI proposals, considering operation methods, submitting and revising to management, creating and submitting materials for the Sustainability Committee, and presenting to the Board of Directors ・Issuing an integrated report: Coordinating and managing production with related departments, coordinating with consulting and production companies, proofreading production (text, design, etc.), creating and submitting materials for the Sustainability Committee, presenting to the Board of Directors, and handling the issuance of an integrated report ・Dealing with external assessment agencies regarding ESG: External assessment agencies (CDP, S&P Checking the response items of the CSA, analyzing the responses of other companies, coordinating with consulting companies, creating response proposals, checking with related departments, responding to responses, creating improvement proposals and proposing/coordinating with relevant departments ・Incorporating sustainability management into the company: Planning and developing internal penetration, creating materials for penetration measures, coordinating with related departments, implementing measures, and verifying effectiveness Position/Attractiveness of this job While directly communicating with management and interacting with managers and staff of all departments, you will experience planning and executing to realize the mission of designing sustainable corporate value improvement from a company-wide and future perspective.
