Job Description - Provide a high level of service and technical advice to OEM customers. Work remotely with support from the Tokyo office. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is ensured in the service and support of all products. - Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs and installations. - Submit service reports after the above service tasks. |
