We are looking for someone to take on job placement and dispatch work, mainly for native teachers and bilingual teachers working at Kids Duo, WinBe, and other English brands of the Yaruki Switch Group Co., Ltd. We are looking for people who are interested in jobs that support people's growth and life, people who want to use English to support foreigners in their employment, and people who can take on the role of team leader in the future. [Job Description] - Personnel and schedule management for native teacher dispatch staff at FC classrooms - Recruitment administrative support related to mid-career employee recruitment (including immigration procedures, housing, and joining orientation from application to joining the company) - In-house Japanese-English translation work - Management of dispatch staff for temporary staffing with the intention of permanent employment and negotiations with related companies regarding transfers - Management of GLEC (Global Live English Conversation) and customer negotiations |
