Annual income (salary): ¥4.2 million ~ ¥5.6 million Position/department ・Club manager ・Restaurant manager Salary details "Estimated take-home pay: ¥1,000 per month ①Basic salary: ¥181,000~ ②Fixed overtime allowance (¥54,500 paid as overtime allowance for 40 hours regardless of whether overtime work is performed) ③Fixed night work allowance (¥14,500 paid as overtime allowance for 120 hours regardless of whether night work is performed) ④Premium pay for overtime work exceeding fixed overtime and fixed night work hours will be paid additionally" |
