Job Description	Managing accounts payable with tasks such as invoice verification, expense posting, and vendor maintenance, along with preparing payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and running payment proposals. Additionally, duties involve posting journal entries, supporting financial statement preparation, and assisting with audit and tax return preparation, including internal and external audits, corporate tax filings, and tax audit assistance. Description * Invoice verification through 3-way matching * Expense check and posting (general expenses, marketing expenses, travel and entertainment expenses) * Vendor registration and maintenance * Vendor account reconciliation * Run payment proposal in the system within the deadline * Journal entries (prepaid expenses, cost reclassification, etc.) Profile * At least Bachelor Degree * 1-2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or similar roles * Basic accounting knowledge especially on 3-way matching * Intermediary computer skills and MS office * Ability to prioritise, multitasks and respect deadlines. * Experience with SAP is a plus. * Being reliable and responsible * Positive mindset and team-player * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Conversational English (TOEIC over 800) and Fluent Japanese Job Offer * Working for a global player in the luxury retail industry * Many career development opportunities, for example: Senior Accountant in Accounts Payable, AR or General Accounting in Finance and Accounting Department, Business Planning & Control * Great opportunity to brush up your skills and your CV, by taking responsibility in a world wide renown brand * Good Work-Life-Balance through 2 days WFH per week and flex time!
