Job Description We are looking for IT expert for a prestigious Retail brand, ensuring seamless technology experiences in a dynamic retail environment. Leverage your bilingual skills and tech-savvy expertise to support a leading American company in Tokyo.


Description

* Provide Technical Support: Address and resolve IT issues for end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.
* Monitor Systems: Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems promptly, providing clear communication throughout the process.
* Manage Tickets: Operate the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring all requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.


Profile

* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an IT support role, any industry is welcomed.
* Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with knowledge in hardware, software, and network systems.
