Job Description This is a customer success position where you will work with global SaaS companies to realize their company's mission through IT solutions!

・Support customer success for client companies' SaaS products

-Respond to user inquiries via phone, chat, and email

-Contribute to the success of companies that adopt SaaS by understanding the true needs of users and making optimal proposals from a wide range of products, not just providing answers

-Support Japanese users who use foreign payment services in Japanese (internal materials are in English)

We handle about 10 inquiries a day, and we take each inquiry seriously, increasing engagement with companies that adopt our services.

Company Info The company mainly provides support for social apps and monitors corporate information on social media.
Currently, its main business is customer support services, responding to inquiries from social app users on behalf of client companies.
Utilizing the know-how it has accumulated specializing in social apps at its bases in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Sendai, Okinawa, and the Philippines, the company currently operates several hundred social apps.
Working Hours Fixed working hours: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours)
Or shift work including weekends and holidays (8 hours)

- Experience working in Japan (years do not matter)
- Basic PC skills and IT literacy
- Touch typing, business email, Excel (to the extent that you can look up and use functions), PPT, Word (creation and input)
- IT and internet literacy to the extent that you can look up things you don't understand and use them yourself
- Chat communication via Slack, Skype, etc.

- Sales experience
- B2B experience (face-to-face, email, phone, etc.)
- Experience in team management and as a trainer
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3000K - JPY 4000K   
Other Salary
Description
Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 340,000 yen
Annual salary: 3,000,000 yen to 4,080,000 yen
*Determined based on experience and ability.
*Transportation expenses provided (up to 30,000 yen per month)
*Includes fixed overtime allowance up to 30 hours per month: 30 hours per month (45,700 yen to 62,000 yen per month)
Excessive amounts will be paid separately.

Holidays ■Working hours: Shift system
・5-day shift work per week (2 days off per week)
*Shift work includes weekends, holidays, New Year's holidays, Golden Week, etc.
・Work 8 hours between 9:00 and 20:00
(Pattern ①9:00-18:00 / ②11:00-20:00)
*Overtime is about 10-20 hours per month. Because it is a shift work, it basically rarely occurs.
*During training (about 3 months), you will only work from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays
