Owns the world's largest bean paste factory in China. *********************************** [Attractiveness of the position] Our company has two food manufacturing subsidiaries in China, and cooperation between the president and the Chinese base is the key to business success. In this position, you will demonstrate your language skills and organizational coordination skills as an important communication hub between the president and the Chinese subsidiary. Through close cooperation with the management, we are also considering a career step in the corporate planning department in the future. Specifically: ・ Translate instructions and policies from the president into Chinese and accurately convey them to the Chinese subsidiary (no Japanese present) ・ Translate reports and information from the Chinese subsidiary into Japanese and share them with the president and executive management ・ Multilingual support for setting up web conferences with subsidiaries ・ Support decision-making by appropriately translating and conveying important management information ・ Schedule management and arrangements for the president's overall overseas business trips, including business trips to China |
