◎ [Company Overview] We develop online games and avatar community services that can be enjoyed on PCs and smartphones both domestically and internationally. [Job Type] SNS Marketing [Main Duties] ・Advertising Operations ・Creative Creation and Management ・Budget Management ・Analysis and Reporting ...Specifically ・Design, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns for assigned services using major digital advertising platforms. ・Regularly evaluate advertising performance through data analysis and propose improvement proposals. ・Create, adjust, and optimize advertising creatives (still images, videos, banner ads, etc.). ・Optimize CTR and CVR through AB testing and scrutiny of creatives. ・Set and monitor advertising budgets, and design strategic plans to maximize ROI. ・Design and manage KPIs to quantitatively evaluate the results of advertising campaigns. ・Create reports and regularly report results. [Other challenging tasks] ・You will also be involved in new services planned for the future. [About the Department] This team is engaged in various activities to make each service known to more people, have them experience it, and have them purchase it. Job Requirements |
<Required skills and experience> Those with two or more of the following experiences ・Experience managing accounts at an advertising agency/experience and knowledge of app advertising marketing (2 years or more) ・Experience in digital marketing and advertising management in the game industry (2 years or more) ・Those with a deep understanding of gameplay and the game market ・Experience managing multiple projects and advertising campaigns simultaneously (1 year or more) [Tools used] Microsoft Office, Google Workspace <Welcome skills> ・Those who can analyze the results of advertising campaigns and plan strategic improvement measures ・Those who can build strategic advertising approaches through market trends and competitive analysis ・Those who have analytical skills and strategic thinking ・Those who have a deep understanding of gameplay and the game market ・Those who have played a game extensively or play games on a daily basis (regardless of genre) |
