Other Salary Description	Salary increase: twice a year *Monthly salary includes 45 hours of overtime work allowance and 40 hours of night work allowance (Breakdown of monthly salary is separate, for a monthly salary of 375,000 yen the breakdown is 266,630 yen basic salary, 92,012 yen overtime work allowance, 16,358 yen night work allowance) Separate payment is made when a significant amount of time is exceeded/Night work allowance is included as a system, but as a rule, we manage the situation so that there is no night overtime work.
