Job Description We seek a meticulous Quality Analyst to join our team specializing in assessing the quality of complex
research content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a background in evaluating technical or academic materials.

- Conduct comprehensive quality assessments on all research reports produced to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards
- Review and analyze research reports for factual correctness and coherence
- Verify data integrity, methodology consistency, and adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines
- Collaborate closely with researchers, subject matter experts, and managers to resolve quality issues and
improve content reliability
- Accurately capture and track all quality feedback from clients and internal observations on the Quality Audit tracker and generate quality scores
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, checklists, and tools to streamline evaluation workflows
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to researchers to enhance the overall quality of research outputs.
- Maintain meticulous records of quality assessment results and contribute to performance reports
- Conduct weekly quality calibration sessions and Publish weekly quality report
- Flexibility to support Research production work on a need basis

Requirements		 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in quality analysis or assurance, preferably in a research-intensive environment
- Certification in quality management or related fields.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and publication standards
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex information effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of content accuracy and clarity
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software applications
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, ability to implement and maintain quality
management processes within an organization.
- Skilled professional in documenting quality assessment findings, preparing detailed reports, and presenting
information effectively to stakeholders. This includes clear and concise writing abilities.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Agile
methodologies. Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
