Job Description This role involves being part of a team that provides support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your role likely includes coordinating with other departments like sales, technical support, and logistics to address customer needs efficiently. You may also be responsible for monitoring customer service metrics, training your team, and implementing strategies to improve service quality.


Description

・ Respond to various inquiries by phone, email, and fax.

・ Improve customer service processes and related processes.

・ Identify, visualize, and standardize processes and areas with variability in order to improve productivity and reduce errors.

・ Promote documentation of customer service processes and related processes (creation of SOPs and WIs).

・ Work with each department to proactively minimize risks of backlogs and delivery delays, and proactively communicate high-quality delivery dates in advance.


Profile

・ 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, call center management, project management, etc.
・ Positive communication skills
・ Positive and positive attitude towards experiences and learning opportunities
・ Mindset that allows you to work in cooperation with other departments
