[Job Description] You will be in charge of user support for a globally deployed "fintech settlement terminal" from your home. Since you will be working 100% from home, you will be able to work while maintaining a work-life balance. <Specific Job Description> ◎Responding to inquiries The main inquiries are from stores that are currently introducing or considering introducing payment terminals. Users include a variety of restaurants, apparel shops, general stores, and beauty salons. When introducing the terminals, you will respond to various inquiries such as "Service plan overview", "Various operation methods", "About deposit and withdrawal confirmation and refunds", and "How to operate the EC site". We also receive inquiries from consumers who use the EC site. <Job Highlights> ◎Complete manual! Some of the notations in the customer support system used in the work are in English. Therefore, English ability is not required, but those who are comfortable with English will be a good fit. There are also times when you are required to use your own experience and knowledge learned in training to respond appropriately. In addition, you will respond to one inquiry from a user by using multiple dedicated systems in parallel. Therefore, you will be working on your work in a multitasking manner. 【About training】 ◎STEP.1 The training period is about 2 months. For about 6 weeks after joining the company, trainers will conduct online classroom and OJT training (lectures). There will also be tests during the training, and the test results, training attitude, attendance status, etc. will be used to determine whether you can continue the training period after the training. ◎STEP.2 Those who pass the training (lecture) will move on to practical work.
