<Job Overview> As an operator of the newly established call center team, you will be in charge of answering customer calls. You will receive comprehensive training in topics such as how to respond to customer inquiries about power conditioners, how to organize and accumulate FAQs, and product knowledge, so you can play an active role as a professional with specialized knowledge. <Job Description> You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries about power conditioners, mainly by phone and email/chat. For inquiries that are difficult to answer immediately, you will discuss the matter with the relevant departments within the company under the guidance of the manager and provide an answer to the customer. You will receive training on product knowledge as needed. <About the Energy Solutions Division> Our company handles products that can be used for everything from residential use to power conditioners for large-scale power plants such as solar and wind power, and sells them throughout Japan. The Energy Solutions Division sells, maintains, and provides customer support for power conditioners used in solar power generation, a renewable energy source that is being actively introduced. We have a variety of power conditioners for residential and industrial use, and provide detailed support that is appropriate to the installation environment according to the customer's situation. In particular, we boast a high share of the Japanese market for power conditioners for solar power generation, and have achieved a world-leading solar power generation conversion efficiency of 99.1% (maximum conversion efficiency). By popularizing and expanding power supply systems using renewable energy, we are contributing to solving environmental problems. |
