1. Design Change Management:
- Review design change data and drawings.
- Provide constructive feedback to the design team.

2. Equipment and Tools Preparation:
- Assess and prepare necessary equipment and tools for production.
- Oversee equipment installation and ensure proper functioning.

3. Documentation and Communication:
- Prepare and distribute documentation to production teams.
- Support prototype builds and attend production runs to ensure standards are met.
- Report to the line manager and project manager regularly.

4. Project Support:
- Evaluate 3D data and 2D drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Document all build-related processes and adjustments.
- Collaborate with production members to adjust parts and processes.
- Implement new equipment and ensure it meets project standards.

Job
Requirements		 - 5+ years experience in manufacturing development, prefer analyzing and installing production equipment in automotive industry.
- 3+years experience in stamping or welding process development
- Basic or good knowledge of CAD, Kola, SPRINT, and Production systems.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N3+).
- Ability to efficiently support a project team to meet objectives.
- Capability to prepare and adjust equipment and tools for production.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate design changes and provide feedback.
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary Depends on experience
