Description Provide top-notch customer service for a global medical services company based in Tokyo. Work closely with various departments to deliver appropriate solutions and maintain accurate data. * Handle customer inquiries and calls efficiently. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. * Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records. * Provide timely and relevant information to customers. Profile * Strong English Level with conversational Japanese. * Experience in a customer service role, particularly handling calls. * Knowledge of medical matters is an advantage. * Must hold a valid work visa for Japan. * Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Japanese. * The ability to work irregular hours may be required in some cases ( There will be no night shift) Job Offer * Opportunities for professional development. * Attractive salary structure ranging from ¥4,500,000 to ¥6,000,000 per year. * Flexibility with minimal Overwork.
