Job Description |
・Understand market and technology trends, including cutting-edge standards, customer needs, and competitive situations in the industrial market. ・Responsible for training internal sales and distributors on technologies, product lines, and use cases within the market. ・Provide comprehensive knowledge of the industry, products, and use cases to support the growth of the product division and market. ・Collect and share customer testimonials and success stories in the market. ・Contribute to industry publications, associations, application notes, white papers, technical articles, interviews, etc. ・Support the setting and adjustment of marketing strategies for the product division in collaboration with the marketing group and establish promotional activities for each. ・Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop new product development plans. ・Act as a bridge between the product division and the marketing group, understanding the business situations of both parties and formulating business strategies at annual business planning workshops, etc. ・As a leader in your field, foster markets by participating in alliances, etc. Flexible system available (core time 10:00-17:00) Remote work available (remote work available twice a week) Go directly to the site and return home OK! Business trips required (1-2 times a month/domestic) Training provided after joining the company (Training is conducted at the Taiwan headquarters, for about 2 weeks) |
