[Job Description] With 12 factories in 9 countries around the world, we will continue to expand overseas. You will be working as the materials/purchasing manager for our Mexico factory. [Major duties] ● Cross-sectional activities for domestic and overseas materials departments ● Parts procurement follow-up and confirmation ● Parts selection, price contract, start-up follow-up ● Development purchasing (VE products) ● Recruitment, training/management of local member employees [OJT training] After joining the company, you will receive OJT training at the Global EMS Center in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. The training period is expected to be about 1 to 3 months. The training period will vary depending on your skills, experience, and proficiency. (You will be assigned as soon as your visa is granted.) [Career path example] Move to another base Factory manager or president of a local subsidiary Assigned to management after returning [Assignment] EMS Business Headquarters, Materials Management Department → EMS Business Headquarters, Mexico, Tijuana Factory [Organizational structure] The total number of employees at the Tijuana Factory is approximately 130. *April 2023 You will report to the Mexico Factory President (Japanese) and the General Manager of the Materials Management Department. |
