[Job Description] With 12 factories in 9 countries around the world, we will continue to expand overseas. You will be responsible for the SMT implementation department or processing/assembly department of the Mexican factory. [Major duties] ●General manufacturing management of the SMT implementation department or assembly/processing department ●Improvement of productivity throughout the factory/efficiency of operations/improvement activities to improve quality ●Recruitment, training, and management of local staff ●Operation and assistance of the factory as a whole together with the factory manager ●Responsibility for business partners [OJT training] After joining the company, you will receive OJT training at a domestic factory (Takamatsu factory or Matsuyama factory). The training period will be about 1 to 3 months. The training period will vary depending on the individual's skills, experience, and proficiency. (They will be assigned as soon as their visas are granted.)
