And if you want to continue to play an active role in sales, why not join us in the new era of the bicycle industry? ★Business trips abroad ★You can choose to work from home or office ★Incentives available This exciting challenge awaits you • Responsible for IBD in Japan • Develop and coordinate all DT Swiss dealers in Japan • Expand and evaluate the dealer network to ensure a strong brand and product presence in the domestic market • Build/maintain good relationships through regular visits • Ensure proper product training and analysis of each sales area and provide advice to sales partners • Involve/coordinate dealers in marketing activities • Relationship management with various stakeholders on the dealer partner side (buyers, sales representatives, communication and marketing staff, general manager/CEO) • Feedback on key ASM functions, new sales approaches, new market entrants, competitor actions, demonstration of potential market opportunities • Sales target planning with DT Swiss Asia • Forecast expected sales numbers for the domestic market for relevant product categories and models together with the sales team • Track sales performance throughout the year and analyze to identify sales opportunities • Report sales numbers to the head of sales • Support additional marketing activities • Support local marketing events as required • Market research and analysis using surveys • Website proofreading |

THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU 【Required】 • College degree and above • Fluent in Japanese, and English basic level • Based in Japan with a high flexibility and willingness to travel • Related Sales Experiences 【Welcome】 • Well-grounded practical experience in the bicycle industry • Well-noted Japanese domestic bicycle/components market • Experienced in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) ; VBA programming is a plus • Quick comprehension and good joined-up thinking • Distinctive conception and coordination skills • Passionate about the cycling industry and its products • Committed team player • Resilient and persistent • Responsible and independent |
