Job Description |
Projects will be assigned based on your experience and when you joined the company. You will be involved in operational projects using both Japanese and English. Many of these are mainly user support type operational projects, where you will provide support by working with actual equipment. Also, if you have interesting experience as an infrastructure engineer, you may be able to work on more technical projects. Depending on your level of expertise and requirements, you will be assigned to various infrastructure-related projects. User support will be mainly in Japanese, but you may also need to work with overseas engineers using English. Job Requirements |
[Must conditions] Those who have experience in any of the following ① to ③ ① More than 6 months of IT infrastructure engineering (operation and maintenance, design and construction of networks, servers and clouds) ② More than 6 months of help desk experience (network and server monitoring and initial troubleshooting work) Also, experience supporting end-user hardware and PC-related devices ③ More than 1 year of back-end full-stack engineering experience (experience working in network or server-related jobs) ・Speak business-level Japanese and English (phone, email, documents) ・Willing to learn about IT technology ・No hesitation in communicating by phone, etc. ・Able to act independently [Preferred conditions] ・More than 1 year of experience supporting foreign companies in English ・Want to use their English skills to engage in IT work ・Simple troubleshooting experience for client PCs (Windows 10) ・Experience solving problems while communicating with overseas teams in English |
