Job Description |
This position is in a project management office (PMO) that leads training operations and business improvement. As the person in charge of operations, this position will manage the entire process from contract to the end of training, and will cooperate with the client's staff and manage progress. External communication will mainly be by email, but progress may also be checked via online meetings such as Zoom. ① Training operation design and progress management [(Example) 70% Japanese training / 30% global training] In order to smoothly implement the tailor-made training ordered by consultants, you will be in charge of a series of training operations such as setting goals, identifying tasks, designing schedules and role allocations, and progress management. ② Communication with stakeholders [Japanese / English] ・Realizing accurate and prompt communication with each stakeholder such as customers, participants, and instructors ・Responding to inquiries about training content ・Building relationships with related parties through a series of processes ③ Business improvement and standardization In addition to improving operation processes, you will be entrusted with planning and executing efficiency and standardization. ④ Human resource development You will be entrusted with business guidance for new employees and support for the development of team members. Other duties include setting up training sessions and supporting events both within and outside the department. ③ and ④ can be attempted immediately after joining the company depending on the individual's characteristics and abilities. |
