| Job Description |
A renowned software development company is looking for a User Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will attract users by creating, deploying, and handling multi-channel programs. Responsibilities: * Bring in users by developing, creating, implementing, and managing multi-channel programs * Handle traffic acquisition, advertising introduction, and A/B testing of creatives on channels * Supervise daily advertising campaigns * Monitor campaign performance indicators, evaluating success based on KPI * Analyse trends and insights, optimise to meet KPIs by expanding successful channels and identifying growth points * Collaborate with design teams and copywriters, compiling relevant TOR for creating advertising creatives * Foster effective collaboration with design and brand marketing teams to maintain brand unity * Coordinate with agencies and other contractors * Maintain records to systematically and structurally present work results * Conduct market and competitor analysis * Engage in team discussions, initiatives, and knowledge sharing Requirements: * Understanding of web and app promotion * Knowledge of MMP (such as Appsflyer) * Background in iOS SKAD Network * Skilled in Facebook Business Manager * Proficient in BI instruments and spreadsheets * Fluent level English and Japanese |
