You will be managing the curators of tours for wealthy visitors to Japan. Specifically... Human resource management: Managing 5-10 curators (full-time employees to agents) Operation management: 1-on-1 meetings, participation in regular meetings, motivation management, etc. KPI management: Managing sales progress, member management, CEO reports Management and improvement of service quality Travel agency management Recruiting curators together with recruiters Customer support (handling complaints *consulting with agents on how to write them) Participating in regular meetings for (partial) SaaS teams (about twice a month) |
