Planning and conducting design research and usability testing Collaboration with Company, client SMEs, and offshore design and development teams. Participation in user research, including stakeholder interviews. Support design thinking workshops and prototyping. Mentoring and supporting less experienced UI/UX designers on projects and reviewing deliverables. |
