| Job Description |
* Accountable for providing the leadership, strategic, operational planning, and oversight of multiple projects, to ensure all trial deliverables are executed on time, within budget and with high quality. * Hire, develop, manage clinical operations staff to ensure the effective and efficient execution of all operational aspects of clinical study implementation Description * Develop and implement strategies for the management of clinical operations * Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective trial conduct * Manage and mentor clinical operations staff * Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of clinical trials * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance trial conduct and data quality * Contribute to building out of Osaka branch Profile * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science or related field * Native level or highly fluent Japanese is manadatory to ensure smooth communications with internal and external stakeholders * Fluent English, to be able to manage effective communications and strategic discussions with global team members and sponsors * Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials * Excellent leadership and management skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements * Experience working in a global CRO environment Job Offer * Contribute to expansion of a promising global healthcare business * Build up the office from scratch and contribute to exciting start-up organization Page Group Japan is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. |
