Job Description - In charge of the business development of the brand, including the adaptation of the global brand strategy at local level. leading the preparations/implementations of marketing activation for Japan markets.

- Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as the Sales team, Retail team and the other functions of Marketing (PR, Training, Trade Marketing) in Japan, Product team, APAC Business Managers, as well as brand team in HQ.


Description

- Analyse the sales performance of the brand by product/by channel/by customer/by price etc. and the market trends. He/she will give feedback to the Corporate and Subsidiary Teams, including APAC and Brand team in HQ, through regular and comprehensive business reviews.
- Prepare a business plan and medium/long term strategies to improve the brand performance and
maximize the potentials.

- Adapt marketing strategy locally and develop a marketing plan to meet goals and budget for the brand to iimprove the brand performance and enhance the brand positioning.

- Define corrective marketing actions and additional plans to be implemented in order to improve brand performance, covering 360 degree from advertising, digital, PR, consumer activations, trade marketing to training, along with key stakeholders.
- Identify new trends, customer and consumer needs to develop new business opportunities and propose new actions and brand initiatives to push sales and capture target consumers.
- Share information on brand performance, competitors' activities and market trends with other team members to support the strategic decision-making process.
