・Proposal of recruitment strategy in line with vision and management strategy (mid-career)
・Policies and strategy planning for human resource development such as onboarding and training

・Discovering issues in personnel and organization - planning and implementing solutions
・ Management and development of personnel department members (1 subordinate)
