Job Description A global leading technology and IT services provider headquartered in Vietnam, is looking for a talented Upstream System Engineer Lead, to join the growing IT team.

In this role, you will be focusing on the achievement of the customer's business goals, you will participate from the phase of problem formation together with the customer, and you will be in charge of consulting utilizing the digital technology foundation of the Company. 

Responsibilities
- You will be doing agile development and maintenance using a low-code platform that is one element of DX acceleration
- You will be mainly in charge of upstream or project management such as requirement definition, basic design, detailed design
- Managing the team & escalations of Development, including liaising with Offshore
- Leading and planning technical software implementation processes

Requirements		 - Experience with Low code development 
- Experience in requirement definition and basic design
- Language: C / JAVA / .NET / PHP / VB / SQL / COBOL etc.
- Experience with Google app maker/ Outsystems or similar
- Project management experience
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 15000K - JPY 18000K
