【Role & Responsibilities / 業務内容】 • Conduct project management activities for SAP-related projects (HRM, cost, quality, planning, risk management) • Work and coordinate in an international environment • Understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges • Collect client requirements, investigate underlying causes and identify short-term or long-term solutions • Project planning and mapping requirements of clients as well as different stakeholders, vendors, partners, service providers, sub-contractors • Report to Management & C-level stakeholders |

【Requirements / 必須条件】 • Proficiency on delivering SAP projects • Strong Project Management experience in an international environment • Language: Japanese - native, English - good 【Preferred Skills / 理想の人物像】 • Project Management certification: PMP or CSM (Preferable) • Proficiency in entire lifecycle of SAP systems encompassing setup, configuration, testing, maintenance and support of SAP landscapes |
