Job Description [Recruitment background]
The company has staff of more than 26 nationalities and provides Japanese products in more than 10 languages to customers around the world. Due to the increasing number of Polish-speaking customers, we are looking for additional staff for the Polish language team.

[Business details]
You will be entrusted with customer support in the company's business of purchasing and shipping products from Japanese e-commerce sites on behalf of overseas customers.
・Responding to inquiries (mainly emails) from Polish-speaking customers
・Collaboration and problem solving with the purchasing team and warehouses (Suita, Kadoma, Higashi-Osaka)
・Management of home operators (part-time workers)
・Other related work (translation, etc.)

09-10 Morning Routine: Make coffee and check messages from the previous day
10~12 Catch-up: Check tickets up to the previous day and work on them
12~13 Lunch break
13~14 Working closely with other departments, working on translations and miscellaneous tasks requested by other departments
15~17 Chat Support: Answer customer questions and concerns
17~18 Warm-up: Answer questions from overseas operators via chat before leaving the office
