・Experienced construction site management in Japan or overseas (factories, condominiums, etc.)
・Ability to work in English (level of ability to give instructions to Vietnamese staff in English)
・Those who have 1st and 2nd grade architects, 1st and 2nd grade construction management engineers, and other technical qualifications
・Those who can use Excel and Word (Power Point and AUTO-CAD are also possible)
