Job Description The Opportunity:

Role Summary:

●　Execute and manage testing phase in system development
●　In charge of policy admin system and its surrounding systems
Working Hours Guideline about Remote work:

It will be in accordance with company policy based on Return to the Office. Work in an office once a week or so under the current situation.
Job
Requirements		 Responsibility

●　Understand and review system specifications
●　Analyze testing scope and create test plan
●　Review Functional Testing (FT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) plan and results
●　Execute testing based on the plan and scenario, Raise logs and retests
●　Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
●　Communicates with various team in IT (BA, spec writer, Dev, QA and PM)
●　Manage testing environments
●　Manage testing status
●　Report and manage issues

Requirements and skills：

●　Proven work experience in IT engineering
●　Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
●　Experience in writing test plans and executing test cases
●　Experience and knowledge in life or non-life insurance domain
●　Problem solving skills
●　Japanese: Fluent, English: Conversational Level
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4500K - JPY 7000K
