Job Description Mandatory Qualifications:

- 3+ years of product management experience in a related industry (e.g., e-commerce, media, advertising, live entertainment, etc.), or product management experience in a global, collaborative, multi-team environment, or similar experience.

- Experience in designing (requirements definition, requirements definition, etc.) and developing products (BtoB, BtoC, etc.) from a customer perspective.

- Knowledge of multiple domains such as business strategy, engineering, UI/UX, sales, customer support, finance, marketing, etc., and experience driving projects with these teams.

- Ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and negotiate with them.

- Leadership and communication skills to engage others.

- A curiosity to seek better products and a desire to empower people.

- Those who feel rewarded by the dynamics of the Rakuten Group and the speedy product development of a new business challenging.

Desired Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge and insight into the entertainment industry and services, especially in the areas of live entertainment, gaming, etc. Engineering knowledge and experience.

- Experience in developing customer journey maps, UX design, and information design.

- Have mindset to Be-Proactive, Enjoy Chaos, Have a passion for continuous improvement (The company is still in the growth stage, so we need people who can identify issues and take action to solve them proactively by himself/herself, rather than waiting for instructions.)

- Be proficient in using JIRA/Confluence, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalent skills).

- Business level Japanese
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
