As TA Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, actively partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout APAC to recommend strategies matching with company culture and values. You will also be an active player in HR strategy building and Organizational Development projects, such as employer branding and culture change. Description * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and talent needs * Review and improve recruitment strategies * Identify areas of development and solve complex recruitment-related issues * Interview and assess candidates, providing adequate offer packages * Ensure compliance with local regulations * Create and maintain networks across the industry * Localize regional HR Projects * Develop employer branding Profile * 3+ years of recruiting experience * Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Japanese and English * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Experience using innovative sourcing techniques * Stakeholder management experience Job Offer * Global TA interaction, with overseas report line * Autonomy to create new strategies within a growing business * Career progression into HRBP role * International environment * Company that gives strong importance to Human Resources To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
