[Business description] As a purchasing specialist, develop major suppliers while building relationships with vendors to ensure the best cost of your products. You will be in charge of a series of operations from purchasing negotiations to contracts. And always make sure that the materials and products are optimal for your company. Create and submit documents such as quotations, proposals and purchase documents to your boss to check the supplier's performance and always maintain the best performance. [Specific business content] ・ Purchasing products and services required by the organization ・ Contract negotiations with vendors ・ Inventory management and grasp, and replenish products as needed. ・ Compare the prices of the products and purchase at the optimum price. ・ Always research the highest quality products within your budget. ・ Collect quotations, proposals, documents related to purchase conditions, etc. from suppliers and report them to your boss. ・ After contracting with a supplier, always do the best while analyzing that it is the maximum performance. -Create and manage parts lists and parts / product numbers in the JDE system. ・ Always analyze that vendors and suppliers are performing best, and always think about developing new supply sources. |
