Job Description * Service, maintenance support and overhaul for machinery at the customer's factories (International and Domestic).
* Operates installation, set-up and commissioning for new machinery.


Description

* Operates installation, set-up and commissioning for new machinery.
* Performs repair, maintenance support, overhaul and trouble shooting.
* Performs machines modifications and technical improvements Reports duties documents (technical reports, time-sheets, expenses report, customer complains etc.) for the related work to internal and external.
* Gives technical training to the customer engineers.
* Makes direct communication with peers at headquarters (Hamburg Germany) and with customers on a daily basis.
* Attends internal training at headquarters or at factories for new machinery when necessary.


Profile

* Electrical Engineer/Technician or Mechanical Engineer/Technician, College Graduate from Technical Faculty.
* Working experience as field service engineer or equivalent field.
* Excellent communication skills and work ethic.
* Good English and Japanese abilities written and spoken.
* Ability to service industrial panel type PC and PLC.
* Understanding of Servo Control Systems, Motor Inverter Control Systems and Communication Systems Ability for global travel required (over 80%).
