【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】 • You will manage the flow and relationship with 3PL to support a local business for both domestic and GTR • Act as the key interface between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution • Forecasting process involving Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain • Provide excellent customer service and sales support relating to orders, inventory, invoices, delivery, custom clearance • Drive relationship with 3PL: KPI reviews, kaizen plans, stock take, cycle count, invoice treatment, VAS, EDI and any warehousing or distribution • Manage 2 team members |
