Job Description |
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Support Key Account Manager, Engineer, and the Team • Conduct Estimates and Sales Orders on NetSuite • Provide order confirmations and invoices and send them to customers by using Excel • Translation of Japanese and English • Manage import/ export goods, delivery date of the goods • Make phone calls, mail, and meetings with customers • Process bills, manage payments from customers • Manage contract renewal • Work closely with the outsourcing/ internal HR& Finance and another employee in the Tokyo office • Attend internal and external meetings |

Job Requirements |
【REQUIREMENTS】 • Minimum of 5 years of business experience with more than 3 years experience in import/export or machinery goods (preferably has experience in triangle shipment) • Minimum of 3 years experience in a multinational company • Excellent self-management and communication skills • Basic Microsoft Office skills and Excel functions (sumif, vlookup etc) 【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】 • Knowledge of NetSuite |
