【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Operation of shift basis technical call center; provide technical support to users, conduct technical analysis, arrangement of visits to customers, handle returned defective parts • Deal technical claims with the Sales team • Install, maintain and repair the product at customer’s site or in the workshop • Provide internal test and technical analysis on returned equipment • Provide regular training and technical support to external distributors and service providers • Repair data input on the database and make a report • Making technical reports for customers and headquarter • Attend internal training |

【REQUIREMENTS】 • Minimum of 3 years experience as a service engineer for a manufacturing company • Experience in refrigeration and food equipment industries is preferred (Automotive or high-tech industrial machinery is possible) • Basic English skill • Require to go on a business trip both domestic and overseas. • Expected to work overtime, evenings, holidays, and weekends based on shifts • Technical school diploma, technical college graduate • Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility • Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to deal with customers in a good manner 【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】 • Overseas study experience • Experience in operating technical call centers and in an international company • Level 3 of qualification for refrigeration cycle or electric constructions |
