This is an indispensable customer success position for expanding Japan to a global company famous in the Fintech field.
We will respond to inquiries (Japanese / English emails, telephones) from customers of companies using the service on behalf of our clients.
We respond to about 20 cases a day, responding to each inquiry and increasing engagement with companies that have introduced the service.
In the future, we plan to expand to a larger team by expanding service projects. Everyone is working to grow while taking leadership.

Structural design of customer success, customer support by resident or dispatch, response to inquiries by e-mail, etc.

Japanese: Business level
English: Business level
・ Business skills with 2-3 years of working experience (basic PC skills, IT literacy, etc.)
・ Japanese skills︓ Clear, concise, and fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese
・ English skills︓ Business level (TOEIC 800 points or higher) or equivalent skills (used in current position, etc.)
