This is a customer success position that supports the expansion of the Japanese market for unicorn companies (foreign-affiliated companies) that provide payment services used around the world.
We are looking for members who will expand the team together and challenge the world!
As a partner for expanding Japan of a company known as a unicorn company in the Fintech field overseas, we have been responsible for customer success and sales.
It is decided to expand the Japanese market in 2022!
The current 50-member team is expected to grow to 100 more.
By participating in the market expansion phase, you can grow together with the project!
■ Business content
We mainly handle inquiries (Japanese / English email, telephone, live chat) from customers of companies using payment services on behalf of our clients.
In addition to that, by contributing to the success of the client in Japan, such as being in charge of short-term and long-term projects requested by the client and actively proposing solutions to problems in dealing with customers from here. , We aim for the success of all our stakeholders.
We will answer inquiries (Japanese / English) by email, phone, or live chat. (Telephone inquiries are made by adjusting the appointment by e-mail and answering by phone.)
Instead of just answering, we will grasp what the user really wants and make the best proposal from various products. The main users who receive inquiries are corporations.
The number of responses is about 20 per day, and we are seriously dealing with each inquiries and increasing engagement with companies that have introduced services.

We will work with our clients to improve the service by making improvements necessary for the service that can be seen from our daily work and making proposals that will be future measures.
In the future, we plan to expand to a larger team as the service project expands. Everyone is working to grow as a team while taking leadership.

The team is made up of English-Japanese bilingual members from more than nine countries.

There are technical and specialized contents including coding analysis, but you can start with peace of mind because there is a careful training for 3 weeks and an OJT period after that.
All the seniors also started from inexperienced.

■ Working hours shift system
Basically 9:00 to 18:00 (There is also a pattern starting from 10:00 to 12:00)
