【COMPANY OVERVIEW】 Global mass-customization leader, focusing on online printing/customized product brands 【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Support customer services through phone or email • Manage escalation support • Coach operators • Execute process of workforce management to develop operational excellence • Cooperate with other departments for VOC feedback and enhance NPS 【REQUIREMENTS】 • 5+ years’ experience in being a supervisor or leader in call center • Basic computer skills (Microsoft office, mail application, etc.) • Basic knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. • Ability to communicate with overseas teams through e-mail in English |
