• Handle overall administration and HR functions in Tokyo and Seoul offices
• Collaborate with the management to determine top people priorities focusing on culture and employee
• Guide performance management such as goal setting and performance reviews
• Manage employee benefits and payroll
• Coordinate with stakeholders in offices globally and manage programs for experienced and entry-level hiring selection process
• Produce active candidate pipeline
• Maintain relationships with the university career service departments
• Joining university networking events
• Manage recruiting databases
• Organize onboarding and training of employees
• Assist business leaders and managers in enhancing leadership and team performance
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, employee retention, and culture enhancement programs
• Knowledge in Japanese labor law, social and welfare benefits
• Previous experience in directing recruiting and attending new hire evens
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both Japanese and English
