Job Description We are looking for a person with a software development & software solution sales background to serve our client's most organizationally complex customers, and grow our client's business with these customers as they build and grow their own apps integrated with our client's developer platform.

The focus for this role is:
- Develop and sustain relationships with the company's enterprise customers who build their own consumer apps or internal tools using the company's APIs
- Provide active PM support for the 2-3 most active & valuable customer integration projects
- Ensure that company's largest customer integration projects are able to be executed well, by pulling in help from across the company as needed, help prioritize key customer work against many competing priorities, and advocate for your key accounts
- Evaluate effort, pricing potential, COGS, etc to build a P&L model for each enterprise customer integration sales opportunity
- Identify and hunt emerging opportunities within the company's customer base, for customers to use the company's developer platform
- Partner with Sales & AMs to drive integration sales leads from prospect, to contract close-win, to product launch, and post-launch support

*The person successful in this role will be a logical candidate to begin and grow a team of similarly capable Strategic Account Program Managers, in the countries where the company has a critical mass of enterprise customers with active integration projects.

* Note, people with a BD background! This is a technically-capable PM role that requires confidence and skill in estimating and planning software engineering work, on the fly during meetings with customers. The person in this role can not be effective by relying on other people who can understand and estimate software work, BD skill + hustle + raw intelligence alone are not quite enough to be successful in this role.

* Note, people with a product/PM background! This is a role with significant sales/BD focus, that requires confidence, hustle, and skill in driving complex software sales leads and opportunities. Within the brands who build and integrate their apps with the company, typically the business decision makers are in different teams than the technical decision makers, the product team may be insourced or outsourced, and the customer-users of the software may be in yet a different team.

* If you're a software person working as a TAM, AM, or in a Developer Evangelist role at a developer tools company like Intercom, Zendesk, Segment, Stripe, Square, Plaid, Twilio, Nexmo, Shopify, AWS, Google Cloud, New Relic, Atlassian, Asana, Slack, or an earlier stage developer tools startup, this is an career path that provides you with key skills every software GM and founder needs.

- Modest skill writing code, or 2+ years of experience working directly with software engineers on software releases.
- Software system architecture diagramming and software project breakdown skill
- At least US$0.5M in closed-won contract value in SaaS or licensed software at some point during the last 6 years *OR at least US$2M in closed-won contract value in agency/outsourcing software projects*
- A hunter's attitude, to actively seek out opportunities within complex customer organizations
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently, and ideally in Mandarin or Japanese
- Role can be based in Singapore, Taipei, or Tokyo.
