Job Description: • Support of the project management • Monitoring and optimization of error management (ticket management) • Planning of the processing of error reports (tickets) in cooperation with development and the customer • Development of solutions to error reports with the responsible HW, SW and validation teams • Development of Software Integration plans with Software Project Lead Required Skills: • 1-3 years of relevant experience as Ticket Manager • Experience in Embedded Domain. • Automotive experience, preferably in the area of telecommunication / telematics services • work experience in development of embedded systems. • High degree of initiative and communication skills, enthusiasm for technical systems • Knowledge of project management and requirement management tools (e.g. DOORS) • Ability to work independently with customers • Ability to work in a team, social skills and a goal-oriented, structured approach, initiative and strong communication skills • Ability to recognize potential risks and know when to escalate |
