Job Description IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Work From Home (Work in Yokohama office whenever customer requires)
The Role:
 Provide high-quality professional services as a IT Helpdesk Engineer
 Quickly respond to user requests according to predefined procedures.
 Mainly handle L1 support issues
 Providing timely support in response to support requests according to defined standards and procedures.
 Deepen your experience as an operator and improve user experience.
 Comply with escalation procedures. Conduct timely escalation.

Requirements
Required Skills:
 2+ years’ of IT helpdesk experience
 Strong communication skills
 Support experience of Windows OS (XP / Vista / 7)
 Support Experience in troubleshooting Outlook, Printer and sic network issues
 Experience with Mac OS / X support
 Experience with network device setting is a plus
 Need only Japanese. (For non-Japanese native speakers, Japanese language ability Fluent level at JLPT N1 or above is required)
