Job Description BiOS is looking for a desktop support engineer to work for our highly regarded client, a global cloud computing company in Tokyo.

This is a great opportunity for those who have working experience of IT helpdesk and would like to take your experience further at fast-paced and international atmosphere.

 Provide technical support for Windows and Mac environments.
 Provide technical support for the desktop hardware including printers, PCs, Laptops, monitors.
 Provide diagnostic assistance to the IT Team, in regards to infrastructure equipment such as
switches, routers, servers.
 Log and update support calls on the client company’s case management system.
 Preparation for return/hot swap/redeployment/disposal
 New hire/contractor provisioning
 Miscellaneous end user IT equipment requests
 Asset requests for replacements and hot swaps
 Returns Termination - asset collection services
 Asset management services (including asset disposals and asset inventory)
 Conference room support as required
 Application support and engineering (native client software packages are in scope)
 Basic connectivity and network troubleshooting
 Telecom phone support

【Required skills】
◎2-3 years troubleshooting PC hardware/Software (Windows 10; Office; Basic Back-office software)
◎Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop image.
◎Manage Desktop Devices (hardware and software) incidents through to resolution.
◎Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic, very good communication skills (written and verbal)
◎Can work well both as an individual and as part of a team.
◎Willing to take direction and follow well defined processes and procedures.
